Raise an NCR from a failed item. This is a record detail page, opened from a list to view or work on one record in BSuit ERP (Health, Safety & Environment). It is used by staff (internal users). What you can see and do depends on your role and permissions.

In BSuit ERP, open Health, Safety & Environment and choose “Inspection findings”, or go directly to the address /hse/checklist-runs/[id] (the part in square brackets is the identifier of the record you are viewing).

1. No data: confirm the company or context selected in the top bar, and any filters or date range in use.
